Site Setup

This post exists to confirm that the site is ready for long-term writing:

  1. content lives in the repository root;
  2. the site builds directly with Hugo;
  3. deployment works for both GitHub Pages and Vercel;
  4. new posts only need Markdown files under content/posts/.

If you can read this, the blog skeleton is already doing its job.
